LocoBrands is the umbrella organisation of THNX.NU, LocoMail (B2B) and LocoMix (B2C), among others.
We amplify our customers' message of precious moments and promise double impact, creating a proud customer and enthusiastic and surprised recipients. We do this by developing unique and personalised Gifts and Cards, which we sell to both consumers and businesses, through our various websites:
Have you just graduated and would you like to create creative content for our super fun products? LocoBrands offers you a chance to further develop yourself as a content specialist in the cheerful world of original cards and thank-you notes and you are the business card to our (potential) customers.
What will you be doing with us?
- With customer satisfaction, we go for the 10! You ensure that every customer query is answered quickly and to their full satisfaction, both by phone and email
- You will help the Marketing and Communications department create content for our websites, Social Media and write blogs
The division of these 2 tasks is 50%/50%
Requirements:
- You have a completed relevant education at MBO 4 or HBO level and want to specialise further on SEO and Content management
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
- Good command of the English language in word and writing
- You love writing and have a fluent writing style that suits our target audiences
- You live in the province of Utrecht
