In addition to an A5 model, we are also making a whole new shape with this Pop-up Card Direct Mail as the surprise effect gains depth. The different lengths and thicknesses of the bridges used to attach the pop-ups to the card allow the cartoon characters to emerge at different distances. Because the card is on A5 pop-up card format, the message seems more special and the effect of the pop-up is also clearer. This mailing is good to use as an invitation, for example. Since the direct mail is made with a cutting plotter, a small print run is also possible. In addition, this method of production ensures that the smallest details can be incorporated in the model.

The Pop-up card is made in A5 format. The mailing will be printed in full color with your design. It is also possible to have the envelope printed in full colour.

Construction

On the inside of the card, the figures are attached to the bridge. This ensures that the pop-up effect appears and is maintained.

Popup with more layers

When making a Pop-up card, multiple layers have been chosen. This gives the mailing more depth than with a regular Pop-up card.

Addressing

We can address your striking mailing. We can have the name and address details printed on the envelope at an additional cost. We leave it up to you whether you want to send the mailing yourself or via LocoMail.

How is the sound activated?

The sound module is placed so that it is automatically activated at an angle of 70 degrees.

How much sound can I process on the sound module?

Based on 6 kHz, approximately 30 to 34 source sounds can be stored. For the quality, we recommend processing it on the basis of 10 to 12 kHz, which is 15 to 20 seconds of source sound.

What is the average lead time?

The turnaround time strongly depends on the number of music cards you purchase and the time you have for the project. For small quantities, you should think of two working weeks of production time, provided that the sound modules are in stock. If these are not in stock, you must take into account seven weeks of production time plus transport. For more questions about this, it is best to contact one of our employees.

Can light effects be added to the sound card?

Yes this is possible. If you would like to incorporate light into the music card, we ask you to contact us.

How should the sound be delivered?

The sound for the card must be supplied in separate tracks. This means a separate file for the voice-over and a separate file for the music. You can request detailed delivery specifications from us.
