An end-of-year mailing that strikes the right chord!

We were commissioned by PF Concept to create a special end-of-year mailing produced with a focus entirely on music. Not a traditional Christmas card, but a bespoke mailing in the form of a vinyl record with a matching sleeve. A creative concept that brings together the festive season, music and PF Concept’s message.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year

The mailing It consists of a fully printed record sleeve containing a round, double-sided card that looks like a real vinyl record. Even the characteristic grooves of a gramophone record have been incorporated into the design. PF Concept’s green corporate identity, striking typography and festive photography come together to form a cohesive whole. The text ‘‘It’s the most wonderful time of the year’ and ‘‘Let’s boost your sales’ add a musical touch to the mailing and link the end-of-year greeting to PF Concept’s commercial message.

""

From vinyl records to Spotify

The surprise isn’t just in the design. The vinyl record also features a Spotify code that allows recipients to listen to a special playlist straight away. In addition, a QR code has been included that links to PF Concept’s online inspiration platform. This gives the physical mailing a digital follow-up and invites the recipient to explore further.

A mailing that sticks in the mind

Thanks to the combination of an eye-catching design, a recognisable musical theme and interactive elements, this mailing is more than just an end-of-year greeting. It is an original way of reaching business contacts whilst highlighting the capabilities of PF Concept.

Would you like to have a direct mail campaign created that’s a bit different from the usual? At LocoMail, we’re happy to help you come up with a creative concept, from unusual shapes to surprising interactive applications.
