To activate employees to share their opinions in an accessible and eye-catching way, we developed an interactive <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.locomail.nl\/en\/direct-mail\/change-card\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ChangeCard<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>A card that arouses curiosity<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In internal communications, it is often a challenge to get employees to actually take action. An e-mail or internal announcement is quickly skipped. This is why a physical card was chosen that immediately stands out and invites employees to discover what is happening. The ChangeCard has a window in the front with a unique change image effect. With the text \"Let your opinion be heard!\", the recipient is directly addressed. Pulling the slider changes the content of the window and reveals the next step. This movement makes the card interactive and gets the recipient actively involved in the message.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>From physical map to digital feedback<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>When the slider is pulled, a clear explanation appears. The window explains step by step how employees can share their opinions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scan the QR code<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the questionnaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It also emphasises that it only takes a few minutes and is completely anonymous. This makes the barrier to participation as low as possible.
