By turning the card, the programme and message unfolded step by step, actively involving recipients in the invitation. The BliQje contained an insert with all event information and a bag of Skittles as a tasty teaser, so the experience started as soon as you opened the letterbox. Below we answer the most frequently asked questions, so you know exactly what to look out for when organising and sending your invitation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>When do you send out an event invitation?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The timing of an invitation determines attendance. For corporate events, openings or anniversaries, the invitation is usually sent six to eight weeks in advance. For larger events or exclusive meetings, this can even be 10 to 12 weeks. The aim is for the date to be booked in the calendar in good time, without forgetting the moment again. Are you working with a save-the-date? Then you can announce earlier and send the official invitation with the full programme later.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How do you make an invitation really stand out?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Standing out starts with form and experience.
